-
Ideal location, opposite cinema, and really good value for money hotel
-
Comfortable and clean bed, free dessert and Fantastic location, opposite the shopping centre in the centre of Tullamore
-
beautiful hotel, great pool and spa too...
the food was not up to standard for a 4 start hotel
-
The outdoor Hydro pool was something I really liked.
-
Very Central, Friendly staff, advertised the disco & band playing that nite, good atmosphere
-
Food (at dinner and breakfast) was excellent
There was a smell of smoke in the room despite a request for a non-smoking room. Hence, totally changed perception of the hotel. Corridor between the main body of the hotel and the diningroom might need to be re-vamped.
-
Leisure club well run with efficent very friendly staff.Resturant food and staff excellent.
ignored by porter on arrival. unable to order sandwich on arrival at 10.20pm "supermacs open".Advised reception of sweet wrappers and dirty plasters behind tv but complaint ignored.
-
Ann Starling and Noel, the wedding co ordintors were excellent. Rooms were fantastic.
Paid 149 for a double room, which for the midlands in Ireland in late september is expensive.
-
The building is beautiful, in the quaint town of Tullamore. It offered a lot such as the spa, swimming, and restaurants.
It was difficult to figure out where and what they were serving. The restaurant/service staff was not particularly helpful in explaining the options for dining.
-
Pleasant environment. the staff were excellent and the breakfast was delivered at the exact time i asked for.Good facilities and hte room was well stocked with tea and coffee etc. Toiletries were also plentiful.Room was spotless and spacious
No vegetarian option at a wedding i attended on the day which really surprised me. Our waiter was a grand lad and he tried to facilitate but my meal was out when everyone was finished!

Very friendly & helful staff, good location, very good rooms, good internet access
-
Reception area is very appealing on way in.
There was no air conditioning in the hotel rooms and even with the window open it was very stuffy. Didn't get much sleep because of this. Too warm.

The hotel was beautiful, food was very good, staff were pleasant and helpful, it was extremely convenient to the venue I was visiting.
I feel when booking it should be made clear if there are large functions taking place at the same time, this would give clients the option of where and what type of room to book.
